Exit Interviews It is good practice to conduct an exit interview when an employee leaves the company. You can ask questions relating to why they are leaving, what they thought of the company and ask for any suggestions on how to improve the work environment. You can use this information to resolve any underlying issues - and improve your business. You may also be able to forestall a constructive dismissal claim; or the interview may help in any defence. But remember - information obtained from an exit interview should be held in confidence and treated objectively. ....if you want the whole of this section and |
