Responsibility to Customers
If customers or clients regularly visit your premises, they also have rights to standards of safety while they are on site. The law requires companies not only to look after the health and safety of staff but also customers, suppliers and anyone else who visits the companies premises.
Signs should be put up to remind relevant people, including customers, about particular hazards.
