Insurance
If you are an employer, you must have employers' liability insurance. This will provide compensation to employees if they have an accident or illness caused by their work. Businesses where your employees are closely related to you (as husband, wife, father, mother, son, daughter etc) are exempt from this obligation as are many public organisations, health service bodies or certain organisations financed through public funds.
